Tips for buying a notebook

Why Should I Buy Refurbished Laptops?

If you associate used devices with old, dirty, or partially defective laptops, you have a completely wrong impression. Refurbished goods are only put back on the market after certified IT remarketing in technically flawless condition.

We sell exclusively business laptops, which, unlike consumer devices (the ones that often fail two weeks after the warranty expires), are built more robustly (with more use of metals) and can continue to perform like new for many years after refurbishment.

Advantages You’ll Enjoy:

Save up to 90% compared to new devices

The environment thanks you (resource conservation, reduced CO2 emissions, and energy savings)

Durable and high-quality hardware

Warranty from a verified dealer

How Do I Know What Laptop I Need and What to Look For?

Unfortunately, we have an extremely unpopular answer: you need to think a bit and read descriptions:

It depends!

Specifically, it depends on what you want to do with your new laptop.

Hard Drive:

Generally speaking, for a fast system, an SSD is a must. SSDs are often smaller (in capacity) than their mechanical counterparts (HDDs), but they make a difference like day and night.

If you need to store a large number of music, pictures, or videos, an external USB hard drive is a better option.

Processor:

For surfing, email, office tasks, or studying, our devices with i5 processors are more than sufficient (i7 CPUs even more so) and you don’t need a dedicated graphics card. If you want to save a bit more, you can also look for devices with i3 processors, if available.

For resource-intensive programs (CAD drawings, complex image editing), it’s better to have an i7 processor and a dedicated graphics card to ensure smooth operation. In this case, you might want to consider workstation laptops.

Also, always check the system requirements of the software you use.

Monitor Connections:

If you want to connect an external monitor, make sure that the laptop has the appropriate connection for your monitor or consider getting a suitable adapter.

USB Ports and Other Features:

USB 3.0 for fast data transfer

Webcam for meetings

CD drive for those who want to enjoy their CD collection

SIM card slot for mobile internet users

Where Do Your Devices Come From?

Our devices are returns from companies, administrative authorities, or public institutions. IT hardware there is regularly replaced, even though the devices are often still in great condition and haven’t been used much. That’s where we come in.

After professional refurbishment (checking the device’s condition, ensuring everything is technically perfect, etc.) and subsequent cleaning, the devices are offered for sale again.
